Have You Seen My Patience?

If there's one thing we all wish we had a little more of sometimes, it's patience!

"Practice your patience" is a phrase we use a lot in our house, usually on the days when patience seems to have quietly slipped off without notice.

This poem is an invitation to read together with your little ones, to laugh, to recognise yourselves in it, and to open up gentle conversations about big feelings.

It's also an adaptable poem. You can swap the people out to reflect your family support system, your reality.

Let this be a reminder that poetry is designed to flex, just as our family dynamics sometimes do too!
